White Howlite, one of my favorites. Why? Because it calms an anxious overactive mind and brings such a gentle yet powerful calming, peaceful energy to it. I just love!! Howlite represents spiritual stillness, quietness and open mindedness. Great for reducing anger and internal rage. Naturally it helps with stress, mental confusion and clutter of the mind. This is a great companion for sleeping, my son (and myself) wears his white Howlite necklace to bed every night, along with his Howlite point next to his bed.
