Her work focuses on inner child healing using IFS Therapy, NLP, and Hypnosis, blended with intuitive practices. With a deep passion for healing and releasing stuck emotions from the past, Louise supports lasting change - creating the foundation for improved health, clarity, and a more fulfilling life moving forward.
Jared is deeply passionate about men’s mental health, offering one-on-one mentoring sessions that combine guidance, accountability, and experiential practices. His work includes Ice Plunge and Cold Therapy experiences, supporting resilience, presence, and nervous system regulation.
