Directions: Spray 9 pumps under the tongue, pause for 20secs, holding the essence under your tongue and thank the energy of your essence. You can also visualize the colour yellow surrounding your body and energy field, this is optional.
Use for a minimum of 3 weeks (traditional Sharman teachings)
It is important to use one essence at a time and allow the process from start to finish, trusting in the energy knowing you are supported in light.
