Directions: Spray 9 pumps under the tongue, pause for 20secs, holding the essence under your tongue and thank the energy of your essence. You can also visualize the colour Light Blue/Green surrounding your body and energy field, this is optional.
Use for a minimum of 3 weeks (traditional Sharman teachings)
It is important to use one essence at a time and allow the process from start to finish, trusting in the energy knowing you are supported in light.
