Directions: Spray 9 pumps under the tongue, pause for 20secs, holding the essence under your tongue and thank the energy of your essence. You can also visualize the colour deep blue & gold surrounding your body and energy field, this is optional.
Use for a minimum of 3 weeks (traditional Sharman teachings)
It is important to use one essence at a time and allow the process from start to finish, trusting in the energy knowing you are supported in light. Aura Spray: These Essences have been made in a 100ml bottle so that there is enough to use internally as an elixir and also as a Auric Spray. You can use this by spraying above your head (above the crown) allowing it to flow down your energy field, or just spray as you feel all around you.
